Step 1: Free Discovery Call (20 Minutes)

Every project starts with a free, no-pressure discovery call. We'll talk about your business, your goals, what you've tried before, and what you're hoping video or social media can do for you. I ask a lot of questions because I want to understand your business before I ever pick up a camera. This call is totally free and there's zero obligation to book.

Step 2: Custom Proposal & Quote

Within 24-48 hours of our call, I'll send you a custom proposal that outlines exactly what I'd recommend for your business, what's included, the timeline, and the price. No surprise fees. No vague packages. Just a clear breakdown of what you're getting and what it costs. You can approve as-is or we can tweak it together.

Step 3: Pre-Production Planning

For video projects, we do a quick pre-production planning session where I learn about your brand, your preferences, and any specific shots or messages you want captured. For social media management, we'll do an onboarding session where I learn your brand voice, your target audience, and your competitors. This prep work is what separates content that converts from content that just looks pretty.

Step 4: Shoot Day / Content Creation

I show up on location — at your business, your event, or wherever makes sense for your brand. I handle all the equipment, directing, and technical details. Your job is just to be yourself and run your business. Most shoot days for smaller projects are 2-4 hours. I move efficiently and don't waste your time.

Step 5: Editing & Delivery

Most video projects are delivered within 5-7 business days of the shoot. You'll get a private preview link to review the video, and you have 2 rounds of revision included in every package. Final files are delivered in formats optimized for every platform you need — social media, website, presentations, whatever it is. For social media management clients, I handle all scheduling and posting so you never have to think about it.
